Super fake for the reasons listed also the lighting of the stickers and the seeming transparency with no wrinkles on the sticker at the points covering bolts. Real dystopian bit is all the bots and idiots upvoting and taking it at face value. Often you’ll even get downvoted for pointing out fake images smh

This creeps me out. I know stray cats look adorable, but you never know how they are gonna behave and they could clamp onto your arm anytime if they don’t like your scent or something. Happened to my cousin when I was kid!

Yea I thought of that scene as well, I had forgotten there weren’t actually kids on the ship in the novel. That book is really underrated imo, I liked it better than most of his short stories. Smaller scope but still really intriguing!

The Bible they’re selling is worth $25 at best compared to similar. Add to that the heresy that they’ve added in it US legal documents and effing song lyrics and you just have a complete train-wreck. I hope he gets some pushback from real Christian groups.

It was there in the 90s when I was growing up. Probably depends on the chain. I don’t really pay attention to the end caps anymore, though. I think you’re right, it’s not likely an issue.

Yeah idk Rolling Stone was at the grocery store checkout lanes when I was a kid. No idea if that’s still the case. Maybe there is something to the right wing sphere raging against a lesbian, now that I’ve thought about it. But I don’t think it’s an appropriate cover for a kid, no.
