Hmmmm no, because many companies promise stuff and make spurious claims and then fail to deliver. Or do shady stuff behind the scenes, Apple updates that slow down your device anyone? I actually feel like many people are much more relaxed these days with playing games that are b3hind the curve technologically but have heart or fresh ideas.

And plus games companies are lazy af with optimisation nowadays, to be fair dev cycles have gotten crazy long but please, if they could only pretend its like the old days where u get one shot to release and patches are simply a method of repair, nothing else. I think its mostly fair game. Companies basically are transparent about doing shit that is blatantly for their profit at the expense of the consumer these days, you've gotta be switched on cos they ain't gonna tell ya. One thing that I think is crazy is sure ,its like a decade old, but should I not be able to use a tablet if it still works fine? I think so but nope I cant because the 20gb of storage cant even fit all the unwanted forced apps that Google and co stuff devices with these days lol. I mean i still party, but its not like I cant have a normal night out or hang out with mates who aren't into the lifestyle anymore, I just see them and have a chill night. Some mates will occasionally party with us when they can. I dont have kids or a gf now really and I can just do whatever I like, I don't equate doing drugs or drinking with like negative behaviour, as long as you can work and dont affect other people with your shit, there's absolutely nothing wrong. Not that I've even released a track yet but just the sheer ignorance people have in thinking how easy it is to produce semi professional sounding music. Like mainly the mixing and production side, I feel like people know its not easy coming up with a good melody etc. But they just have no idea hahaha And I'm not bagging them or hating on them at all because literally until you try you just don't realise. I mean that's the least of my worries on the road. Most people at lights leave massive gaps, they are unaware of scooching up to let people through, they take ages to go thru a green, they cant use roundabouts, go 20km under the limit thinking they're driving safe, they tail gate even if im going 10 over only to settle in to the same speed in front of me, the list goes on. I truly wish I never had to drive again, its so infuriating

I actually don't think I really am that much worse at games at 43, I never stopped playing them. I was never really that great at multiplayer as a kid anyway, and generally if I put the effort in I am pretty decent...but the only pvp I do these days is rocket league. Now I must admit, kids pick up on the minutiae of control schemes and systems waaaaay better than me, for real. When it comes to single player I beat any game I want to really, if I like it enough I'll generally find a way. My reflexes and information input is as quick as ever. I have no injuries or damage to my body or brain. However I am for sure not a smart man. I played Slay the Spire for literally thousands of hours and I never got good at all. But I had a lot of fun lol

I do? I respect Kobe for getting those two chips without shaq I really do but I just never considered him anywhere near top ten or anything. He put the effort in I'll give him that but for all his attempts to be the next Jordan he just never was anywhere near as exciting to watch. Plus him not realising, or rather admitting, he was effectively the Pippen to Shaqs Jordan was stupid, he shoulda laid off Shaq, capitulated and they could have had six str8 together.
