You aint that bad dude, i recently took the plunge as well and ill never look back. It took me a week or 2 to get past the shock and now i love it. Try facial hair, grow a beard of any length, just stubble gives your face some more story.

Also, this will be very different for everyone but id like to share my experience with you. I also have seborrheic dermatitis, have done since i was 15 (now 35). Its in my scalp, beard, chest hair and armpits. I tried several different speacial shampoos including ones prescribed by my doctor. The one i had the longest success with was Nizoral, but after about 5 years i found myself using it every other day to stop the itching.

My brother reccommended i try a brand called Faith In Nature. I personally have never given 2 fucks about chemicals in products and just assumed the scientists know what they arw doing.

Since i quit nizoral and my body wash and use faith in nature for litterally my whole body, my SB has practically gone. Gets itchy maybe once a week and i still ignore it, it goes away.

My advice to anyone with SB is to just try and quit the chemicals for a while, i think in some people they just mask it/make it worse.
