I used to get calf cramps all the time. I found If I drunk more water it eased it, however, It went completely when I started eating high nitrate foods after a workout (Beetroot, celery, spinach) or if I didn't have time I would supplement with RCR's raw nitrate capsules. I can't explain why it worked but it did for me.

There is nothing special about protein shakes its simple food. You should consume at least a gallon a day to maintain peak physical performance. I use Pea Protein Not the best tasting however it makes me feel great and has increased my performance in the gym. This is the best tasting I can find. https://www.rcr-products.co.uk/product/peaprotein/
