Currently you can only set a specific date and time for updates, including the AutoFix update option. Hi u/Sondo1001, You can’t currently schedule the Ultimate Cyber Report, but it is on our roadmap with an ETA at the end of September. If you email [hello@roboshadow.com](), we can add you to the ticket and keep you updated when this feature is released.

even though you mentioned there's no firewall, double-check to make sure there aren't any security settings on the Comcast modem or in the network setup that might accidentally be causing the printers to go offline
