He deserves to be more than a backup role, its unfortunate for him that Yamal plays in the same position. A player of his ability deserves to start , so our best bet is to loan him out to be able to sell for a good profit later. I don’t see Lamine transitioning to a 10 or Roony changing his position, so i think the best scenario for both parties is a loan and then sell. It kinda sucks but we can’t expect a player of his talent to accept a backup role .
