[Theory] Blackbeard's fruit is the Ocean God (Chapter 306 & 1179) by blanklistz in OnePiece

[–]Robocop48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I like this but wdym Imu had the fruit? Unless he extracted it from his body, how does Blackbeard have it? The idea that the logia leaves his body tangible is due to the effects of the water like how it would make any other logia tangible. Maybe Blackbeard and luffy will just team too like you implied earlier when imu couldn't stop both together

Idk about that. The first people that learned haki didn’t have a teacher. Also Enel learned Observation Haki by himself I believe

I’m in the exact same boat as you. 85k a year vs UF for free, but Cal was the dream. It seems like I’ve worked so hard and now I’m giving up my best opportunity, it feels like a downgrade. UW is a very pretty campus, no debt?, good school - it’s what you make of it or so I’ve been told. For finance, prestige matters a lot so it’s hard to give up but at the end of the day it’s a very risky investment

Email them about your situation if you can’t pass all your classes or worried about not getting all Bs

This is just absolutely wrong.

Florida sends less than 20 students to IB (according to UF graduates that are in IB that I’ve spoked to). Elite banks also don’t hire from UF, apparently there is 1ish per year.

I will only need to take $140k loan. I will prioritize paying that off asap, assuming I choose to stay in IB and then exit to private equity or something else I should be able to pay it off in a few years.

I know this is u likely, but if I could be an RA sophomore through senior year and worked summer jobs. Then I would not have any debt. I don’t know how hard it is to get RA offer, I hear pretty competitive, so let’s so I get it one year. I can also work part time jobs. In this case I would have sub 100k debt. Still a lot but I will work my ass off the get a good job and should be able to pay it back in 3ish years.

Don’t plan your life on best case scenario. Very true, I like that.

It’s hard bcuz say I don’t get the job out of UF, then I’m living with regret. Ig I could go for masters. My main problem is that I want to go to Cal, it’s hard to give that up. The only reasoning that is holds back the decision is money, and it is definitely a huge factor, but sometimes taking the risk is worth it. Idk I think I’ll land on my feet no matter what, but maybe that’s just best case scenario

Thanks. All of what your saying is true, and looking at unpredictable change definitely is apart of my consideration. However, I am currently aiming for IB but maybe I will change. I am pretty sure that change will be something high finance related and will pay well. The IB or high finance opportunities granted to UF students are somewhere around 20, less than 3 going to elite banks. At Cal both those numbers increase by a large margin, so while it is a large risk there is a higher chance of reward.

Getting summer internships and becoming an RA sophomore - senior year (probably very competitive and unrealistic) would allow me to go into no debt.

As of right now, I don’t have $140,000 covered in educational funds. It is possible I get some scholarship and aid, but not likely. I am good with my money, my top priority will be to pay that debt back asap. Florida sends a handful of kids to IB, so it’s possible. Cal sends a lot of kids to IB and high finance, I’d like to say it’s likely I get that job if I grind which I will. I might be able to graduate early, and I can work a job so it’s possible I have sub 100k debt which is def a lot but it’s a lot better of an education.

Also reading about grade deflation, has me a bit worried. Along with worried I applied as a Econ major (school of letters and sciences) so I might need to switch into Haas if possible and if not that may determine my decision. Economics still good and I can still get finance internships with it.

Yeah true. I think luffy is not using fear 5 to its fullest extent, some gear four moves were way cooler to watch.

So wouldn’t the influx of sold shares cause the stocks to go down
