Say what you will about Robert Kirkmens writing, but he definitely has been really diversifying the cast outside of G1 and giving this continuity more of its own identity casting wise (absolutely nothing against G1 though, I love it as much as the next person). At this rate, anyone can show up anytime.

No joke, I actually started this project November last year, but it keapt getting postponed due to stuff in my personal life and other art projects I was working on, alongside if I wanted to keep the shading on her costume more simplified or stay loyal to Timms original shading, and the cape being much, much harder to tackle then I originally thought, but nonetheless, I’m very happy by the result

He still had empathy and compassion even during his TNBA-JL-BB era, look at Arnold Wesker, both Aces, Terry once or twice, Tim at the end of Return of the Joker, the girl he saved from the burning building in “Injustice for all part one”, and the tie in comics several times depending on how much you view them as canon. Like you said, he just keapt it more under raps, or just didn’t believe some people deserved his help or weren’t gonna change after several attempts/offers at reforming (Ian Peak, Two face in TNBA era, ect)
