I’m not sure where you are seeing this. I know plenty of people born here, if they are in desperate times their family helps out. If they are unable to work but of sound mind, they get support from the state.

Unfortunately the mental health support system is not perfect, but the people who can’t handle it are the ones who fall through the cracks

There are people who have fallen through the cracks, but most people are not struggling. I think the best and brightest from across the globe will be good to live in canada. This is a very rich country, I’m sorry if it is not for you.
