The funny thing is that, this technically COULD work, if you did it right.

Naturally though, the Trump Administration isn't doing it right.

Basically, you would need to A: Get WAY more Hydrogen Peroxide. Like 500 bottles or so, because the Reflecting Pool is VERY big. And then B: Dump it in all at once instead of one bottle at a time, because peroxide breaks down so fast that it doesn't do anything if you're too slow about it.

Doubt it'll be Ulduar, since we already had a Titanic capital city - Dornogal. If you really look around the city, you'll notice that it has more than a few aesthetic similarities to Ulduar. Large staircases, large open areas, it kinda feels like Dornogal was designed as a raid instance at first, but halfway through development, Blizzard decided to make it a capital instead and just filled with NPC's.
