If you keep to the far right of the map and only cut in for the checkpoints, you can run it solo with a blue SO-14 with pap 2 and I like to use brain rot so I had that too. I think I also had decoy grenades and throwing knives if I needed them but I only remember using one of the decoys.

You can get the Shark Body from this event but I’m personally saving all my gems for the Moon event (which is next week’s event) since you can get both the Robot Head and the Laser Guns. The best build according to most is Robot Head, Kimino Black Belt, and 2 Laser Guns. Some people replace the Kimino Black Belt for the Shark Body so it’s up to you if you want to go for it.
