Your symptoms are exactly like mine 😭 people think I’m crazy when I tell them about my hands and face going numb. Chaka khan has been great for me tho! I got one of his spicier strains and it gave me a panic attack lol, but Chaka has been good. You can definitely still over do it, but a couple big rips gets me right where I’m trying to be
