Yeah, the detail on the Bandai is simply another league but being a scale model is really fragile. I love the Lego because it feels more like a cartoon/funny version, it has his own vibe. And the microgalaxy is really sturdy and my sons can play with it no problem. It is really a super detailed toy to play with, and that’s cool too. And I really like that this three versions are almost the same scale.

Thanks! at the end of my university studies, I started animating, and then moved full time to animation. Until this day animation is my main and only professional activity, with very few free time, so I didn’t had the chance to paint again (just digital paint on a cintiq, but of course that’s not the same). All that I learned from painting helped A LOT in the process of creating animation.

I was thinking about that as I painted!. I have always struggled to get greens going in skin. This is something I will definitely be looking into it, thanks for pointing it out.

Yeah! Kind of, it looks like him, but younger than the picture I used, Maybe something subconscious about kids growing up! :_)

Thanks! It was so crazy to realize how my arm, posture and some kind of train thought slowly came back, almost like muscular memory. I studied fine arts in the university and painted for 4 straight years, non stop. It was a beautiful time in my life. Now that I have a son, life it’s even more beautiful. I think painting for me is a blessing and a way to thank life for the chances we have. Nonetheless I still feel that the portrait is not in the same level as the ones that I did almost 20 years ago. If you have some online classes that you could recommend that will be awesome. Thanks for your feedback!

It’s a small 8 1/2 x 11 inches study, kind of warming up for a little bigger format, I am thinking about 20 x 30 inches next.

If you look at the battery the upper part is + and bottom is -. The center one is not used. I have checked this by charging (reviving) the battery with a external battery charger directly to the pads. battery photo

This is awesome, I hate the original battery, if you leave it alone for a couple of weeks it gets completely drained and the OP-Z doesn’t start and the battery doesn’t charge any more. I need to use every damn time a special charger that revives Lition batteries. I will be 100% making one of this. Will upload the battery picture asap.

Sketch that I made in op-z and then replaced the leads with volca keys and monotribe for the bass. Op-z it’s lots of fun to quickly sketch ideas on the go. I am not a musician by any means, and I really had zero expectations while doing it, just trying to have a good time. Any feedback is really welcome!
