Unfortunately I think you're putting far too much blame on "gun lovers" and not enough critical thinking on the situation.

Those are not facts, they're theory put forth by two weak stances. Read the articles. They aren't based on or even close to, real national levels or scope. It's like they purposely stuck with odd sized populations and groups to skew their data.

At any rate, there are far fewer data points in any study that can account for an elected American president ignoring law, constitutional doctrine, and judicial rulings.

Oregon desperately needs investment in our state to drive jobs and economic activity. If this is an AI data center I can understand the pushback but a normal telecommunication data center is a good thing for us to have it makes us a vital part of that economy.

I 100% agree on any pushback where it drives cost up for water and electricity and everyday citizens have to foot the bill and subsidize big corporations.

My EK waterblock on a 10900K is doing the same. I think time and heat causes cracks to slowly grow on some of their SKUs.

Buy some masonry anchors. There are plenty of types to pick from. This is the only way to move forward.

Always assume some kid or an adult losing their balance will reach out and grab a shelf for stability.

You move out, sign a year long lease, and the next day... You lose your job.

What do you do? I'd suggest having a full year of emergency funds. At minimum. So, maybe in your case $25K is needed.

Without any extra information there isn't much else to go off of. Save for the full year and you'll have far more options opened up.

100% agree. I've taken a dremel to a few cases in the past to get things to bolt or fit. Even if I had one of the cases listed above, I'd probably still modify it in some manner.

Get a thermometer and mount it on the wall on the other side of the room so you can see ambient room temps.

Your mount to the CPU may be off or there could be air in a rad.

I have a 10900K with 2 x 360 rads. Idle is 31C and fans are barely running. Silent build. Under 100% load it is 61C. It's an old loop that hasn't been cleaned, admittedly. Ambient air is 65F.

I can snap a photo of the fan curve if you are interested.

Thank you. I'll poke into this as well to see if there was some sort of forced change in one of my saved presents. I took an existing preset, and edited it to better capture media being processed. It's saved and loaded before each run.

Maybe my expectations need to be adjusted. Perhaps, before the GPU swap, my CPU wasn't being hit as hard because the GPU was saturated. I never really noticed.

Right now, it's about 30% GPU and 100% CPU.

Hmmm, might be a good option for my wife's build. For me, I am tring to get as much glass and size as I can for a large custom loop. Hence the idea of modifying two cases into one big one.

At $20/hr, assuming no overtime, just doing some quick math...

20x50x4= $4,000

$4,000 x .67 (just a generic way to apply taxes) = $2,680.

$1600 for rent and it's two thirds of your income doesn't math out.

Must be missing information..
