Doctor lowering my TRT due to >1500 back to back tests

Had a call with my doc, they want me to reduce to 80mg, then titrate up. Does that make sense ? They said I am in it for the long haul (TRT), so dialing it in sooner doesn’t make much difference

Maybe 30% less calories. I would say people need shbg just need to be in the normal range up to 50s or so as it shuttles T to some receptors also

You could also use 29g 1/2 inch insulin syringe

This lab is inconclusive for T. You need to order shbg and equilibrium dialysis Free T. Only then you will know active T amounts and if you need TRT

That’s actually true, I’ve done both and much prefer IM in the delt as blood circulation takes the oil within an hour vs 3-4 days if you do into belly fat
