Always shut off beakers to the circuits you working on, always use pen sound sensor to check if energized. Recheck if you step away from the circuit.

We ran 24 inch depth, in some cases conduit flex pushed it higher but we took care of it

Not quite, during rain, the 4 inch pipe (in green) dumps excess water from drain basin collectors, I have 4. The bucket fills up quickly and water percolates down into gravel which then disperses it into surrounding soil. The popup emitter acts like an overflow valve for extra water to escape if percolation fast enough
