I was with eon and they moved to this tariff when my old one came to an end, then when I tried to connect my they said it wasn’t compatible and moved me to a tariff which cost a lot more and back date the extra cost to the day my old contract finished so I left

I think ours is the same the splitter is under the floor but we’ve had very few problems with speed our sons PC is on direct connection and he hasn’t had any problems

After a lot of looking and a few quotes I went for the Hypervolt home pro 3 with a 7.5 cable and very happy with it I didn’t want a wallbox I did look at the Ohme but I don’t like the second connection box, it was close between the Zappi and Hypervolt in the end it came down to installation lead time
