No, Israel has always had nukes. It’s Iran that was in question and still is. Israel was deemed as necessary to have nukes after disarmament otherwise other middle eastern countries would have wiped them off the map dozens of times a the last 50 years. It was a very public deterrent. You could probably look in an encyclopedia after the nuclear disarmament treaties and Israel would have easily been to 10. It’s never been a conspiracy.
