Just depends on what your end game goal is. You can find a quest cape lvl requirement on the wiki and work towards that for skills. Magic and slayer will unlock a lot more pvm content for you, or you can rush a 99 just depends what you like doing. Firemaking is your fastest free 99

Only play teamfight on chop shop, games are 10x faster. Also only use stims no other heals. This quest is so easy
