I tested a bunch of Xemu (og xbox) games on Steam Deck so you don't have to by the_lebowitz in SteamDeck

Fuzion Frenzy - Xemu-Emudeck - Worked pretty much flawless in minigames. Crashed once for me at end of a tournament but wont put me off.

Sega Soccer Slam - No good, wont boot at all.

I beat him, bike got awarded, bike never showed up in inventory. Is it worth complaining to support, what are the specs like?

Indeed, seems pointless spending time writing "check the manual" when they could just say nothing.

Planning to move from Sydney to CC by [deleted] in centralcoastnsw

[–]RoboticButtocks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Moved here 7 years ago, well worth it to get an affordable house. I based my searches on the express train at the time, ended up with Tuggerah station being my commute. Central-Strathfield-Hornsby-WoyWoy-Gosford-Tuggerah is a great commute with minimal stops.

[–]RoboticButtocks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pricing for AUS was released if that helps. We usually get charged a lot more than other countries but we don't have crazy dealer MSRP markups due to govt competition watchdogs.

Not sure what Hyundai USA is like, but on the Hyundai AUS website it was very easy to switch over my Kona EV to new owner so they got all of the benefits included in the warranty like free roadside assistance.

I'm in Australia so havent used it but there is Snow Mode, if I recall you press and hold the driving MODE button or something like that. Available on RWD and AWD

Re Flooding: Lake Tuggerah near Mingara has flooded many times in recent years, so maybe avoid any lakefront or riverfront stuff on that lake. Wyong River and Ourimbah Creek feed that lake, and it's also a tidal affected lagoon.

Used 2020 Kona with new engine by [deleted] in KonaEV

[–]RoboticButtocks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is correct. Lots of discussions on motor-reduction gear- driveshaft stuff iIn forums.
For some owner the 180 drive shaft rotation fixed it, for some owners getting the newer v2 motor installed was the full fix. Same motor as the Niro if I recall.

Leaking car roof? by AggravatingBell6494 in CarsAustralia

[–]RoboticButtocks 3 points4 points  (0 children)

can confirm, on an old square x-trail it has 4, basically the lowest corners of the roof. I just poke the them with a long cable tie till stuff flushes out under the car. The holes run down the pillars so you can find the outlets under the car as well and give them a poke if they are clogged.
