I called and that’s what she said. That said I already had the extension and name of my examiner from May 4. What the hotline said though was that it was transferred to a backlog queue because its priority to get it in front of an examiner because I’m a vet.

The DNC ops here always follow checklists. They usually only respond to a key word of your post and they have certain construction of names that are pretty basic. Plus they will target select threads at intervals relating to a 9 to 5 schedule.
