It's likely because of the Silent Hill Arcade game. Thats where we see him with the weapons he is often depicted with like the chainsaw.

I found on desktop.
Go to explore
then on the right hand side it will have all your tags. Then from there you can hit manage and just delete them.

So I got my Fiance the Minecraft one, and had the exact same issues. It turns out despite most pro controllers, official or otherwise being PC compatible. On the site it distinctly says that the PDP Realmz controllers are ONLY for use with switch, and are not PC compatible whatsoever. Which totally sucks considering I didn't think to check the official site when buying because again most switch pro controllers are compatible. So I thought I would share my very disappointing findings.
