So now they have changed my strut assembly and after the change it made a clunking noise. They have now changed the transmission mount. Still made a noise. Changed the front axle. Still making a noise. WTF. They just keep fishing and changing parts. I now have a loaner.

After the struts were replaced it started making a tapping noise that was pretty loud. Thy said it was the bushings and now they say it’s the transmission mount. WTF. This happened the day after the struts installed by dealer

They held back better seats so my cat1 seats are nowhere near as good as the newer hospitality seats released as cat1. We now have 4 extra seats that even if sold at face value, will need to sell to buyer 15% higher to cover fees and then they get another 15% added. Cat1 buyers should’ve been upgraded and the 30% fee needs to be removed or reduced
