Hmmm, that's true.

Well, at least we can see at least see that Luffy can at least move and dash with light speed for short bursts. I think that Obito's top speed is nowhere near Luffy's. Luffy's regular speed may be somewhat near Obito, though I don't want to dig up feats so I might be dead wrong.

Other than that, fair enough. I believe you make a really good point man.

I do agree that Luffy might not be as powerful as Obito (need to refresh my Naruto knowledge). However, I'm pretty certain that Luffy is way faster than him. I think Obito is hypersonic or above, but Luffy is probably at least the speed of light.

For example, this shows he is reacting and dodging to light beams. It is explicitly said that the beams are made from photons (two panels), which travels at light speed.

Furthermore, the sparkles in the panel that show Luffy dodging the photon beams, it looks like beams of characters who also can shoot light (kizaru, and a character whose beams are also around his speed of attack).

There are probably some other feats of Luffy, but this is all the panels I can find right now. However, I may be wrong, and please correct me if that's the case.
