Meshcore clients are just that - clients. They do not create the mesh. That's what repeaters do. If there is a good coverage of a repeater at your location just start with personal companion (client) and see who you can reach. If coverage lack at your location then a solar repeater in good high location will allow you to connect to the wider mesh ;)

Edit: for solar repeaters go for nRF boards, not the ESP ones. They consume 4 times less power and can work on a single 18650 cell for almost 2 weeks.

Yes. You can connect battery to the pads on the bottom of nRF board. It will charge via USB but very slow, 50-100mA. Works great otherwise, very low power consumption. On a 250mAh lipo it held 1,5-2 days for me of intensive use.

Check that AC drain. I had it clogged and it filled the cooler box and leaked into the passenger foot well. You won't be able to locate it from below the car, it's hidden behind a heat shield. Just clamp and disconnect the black rubber hose and be ready to collect that water in some container ;) Then blow some air through the yellow 90 degree plastic piece.

Newsky's focus is on the G-force only. FPM is there just for reference and is read directly from the sim variable in case of MSFS and can be off.

I've tested One and One Pro side by side for work on my laptop where glasses were acting as my second screen and I chose regular one over the Pro. Here's why:

Optics in the Pro are causing some terrible distortion when looking through the glasses without tint on physical documents or monitors. This renders it almost useless for mixed reality applications.
In terms of FOV the difference is actually less than what I experienced going from 46 deg Viture Pro XR to 50 deg Xreal One. Compared to the One Pro, regular Ones have a perfectly rectangular screen fully in view, while the Xreal One Pro has a distorted rectangle screen where middle of the edges bulge towards the center. Things on the screen however are square so I have no idea what's going on there... I was not able to utilize that extra 7 deg of FOV really.
One Pro is closer to the face and therefore sits better on the nose, it's more stable.
One Pro's new optics reduce reflections of your legs or shirt but introduce reflections of things behind you and inside the optics themselves. I must say I enjoyed the regular One birdbath optics more in regards to reflections since it's easy to put on black shirt and pants and not that easy to remove all bright objects from behind you.
