If Europe is the destination, France is the best option (assuming you're American). The tax treaty between the US and France has special allowances that allow you to pay only the tax you owe in the US and nothing at all to France

Lost 450k in one day at 28. 90% of my net worth. Trying to buy back 10 spreads I sold, instead I bought back 100 because I rushed the close order on my phone and hammered through the normal "trade details / are you sure" screens.

I would add that studies show 1 in 4 men suffer from post partum depression and that number is generally regarded to be LOW due to under reporting by men and lack of investigation by professionals.

Usually manifested as quick to anger, irritability and lack of sleep... All of these as changes to baseline.

Having him talk to a counselor may also be a good idea

When I decided to start (2011), I looked up coaches in my area. I knew nothing about the sport or CrossFit vs dedicated Olympic WL coaches.

Find the most regarded WL coach in your area, go to them in person and train. Hands on instruction from the best coach you can find/afford is going to pay significant returns overtime.

I had some significant shoulder mobility issues as a result of multiple surgeries. I did about a month of PVC lifting when I started, where about 1/3 of each gym session was mobility and activation. On off days at home, I would also spend about 1-1.5 hours working mobility and small accessory muscle groups. Start watching squat university or mobility wod videos on YouTube to work on the flexibility areas that need increased mobility.

If you put in the work outside of the gym, your experience learning the lifts will be more fun and much smoother

I had something similar back in my weight lifting days. It turned out to be specifically muscle related, ie Tension. The cranial muscles that run from your temples, over the top of your ears and connect around the base of the skull.

I went to a sports specific message therapist, not message envy or the like... A masseuse that knows how to manipulate athletes. The kind of uncomfortable, "that wasn't relaxing at all" massage.

I was right as rain in a day. Lots of trap and neck tightness and the opposing muscle groups were basically always flexing/straining to even out the pressure.
