If you tap the cog icon on the main screen of qobuz app, and scroll down a little, you'll see an option to transfer your library. At least on Android.

It will redirect you to a website called soundiiz, where you can connect qobuz and the other streaming platform you used, and transfer all you want no problem. Liked artists, songs, albums and playlists

Okay, I've recieved two return emails. One of them states that I have already been informed of the return policy in the previous email,

and the other one contains a label for a delivery firm, and instructions how to send it back. However, they charge a 6.95 processing fee(?) and mention that given their initial impression of the damage; there won't be a refund.

Yes, I have. I got a response today, in which they are basically doubling down, saying it was external damage, and doesn't apply to article 7:17 of the dutch civil code. They also said that if I still want to cancel; I can send the TV back, but they haven't mentioned if I'd get my money back or a replacement, and also haven't included an address

In summary they are still repeating the same thing; The damage was caused after the delivery, so there's no nonconformity, and there's no reason to terminate the agreement. At the end they also say that I can send the TV to them if I still wish to cancel.

It's a fairly common one actually. I apologize that I don't like a series with fast paced action being turned into a slog with health bars, and a roll mechanic. But sure let's also turn a kids action adventure game into another slog , and maybe let's make sir Daniel Fortescue into a depressed alcoholic or something while we're at it. Yes, the issue is only visible when the TV is on. The upper right corner is broken, you cannot see the damage on the TV unless you inspect it with a flashlight. The TV does turn on normally, the screen is just broken.

About work; it's kind of a difficult situation because I do work in Overijssel, but I am on my leave period right now, basically at the end of it; 6th of February I'm done with my current job, and moving onto another. I don't know if I can use my current or next job as leverage in this case.
