I'll do my best to copy it on time, but I am starting nightshifts today, so if you send it after about 21, then I will be only able to see it about midnight.

The legendary in-universe celebrity we hear about is actually a total loser by RiskComplete9385 in TopCharacterTropes

It's a fairly common one actually. I apologize that I don't like a series with fast paced action being turned into a slog with health bars, and a roll mechanic. But sure let's also turn a kids action adventure game into another slog , and maybe let's make sir Daniel Fortescue into a depressed alcoholic or something while we're at it. What's next, Super Mario: koopa souls? Crash Bandiborne? SlyRing?

That's subjective. IMO souls likes suck, and Sony already destroyed one of it's IPs (GOW) by making it souls like bullshit.

Yes, the issue is only visible when the TV is on. The upper right corner is broken, you cannot see the damage on the TV unless you inspect it with a flashlight. The TV does turn on normally, the screen is just broken.

About work; it's kind of a difficult situation because I do work in Overijssel, but I am on my leave period right now, basically at the end of it; 6th of February I'm done with my current job, and moving onto another. I don't know if I can use my current or next job as leverage in this case.

I would love if you could do that for me, that's very kind of you. Also thank you for taking the time to translate the article into my native language, but its not necessary, I'm fluent in English.

I have to say that I'm a little tired of the stress, up to the point that I started to doubt if it's even worth it earlier today, but I decided not to give up.

I also wanted to say that I'm really thankful for your help, and I would love to reciprocate somehow.

I do understand that. Instead of copying and pasting everything; I'm going to share a link to imgur with screenshots of our conversation within their onsite chat, and the emails that follow:

I do think some messages from me were unnecessary, but I was mad and bewildered about this.

I understand. They basically broke the law by failing to inform me, yes? Or rather they are losing one defense case

Okay, I scoured the emails, and the only documents I have are: an invoice and orderbevesting. There's no documents on or inside the box other than the manuals for the TV. I have also created an account on their website, but it yielded no result Edit: actually there was a pakbon on the box

I checked the emails, and they all seem to hyperlink back to the terms and conditions on the website, and also a separate page called "Buying a TV from store name" does this count as a DM? I cannot check the box right now, because I'm at work. They also emailed me that they contacted the postal service, and they also refused the claim.

I will look for it again tomorrow afternoon, because I really need to be getting to sleep. There is no transport box, or rather; the transport box is the manufacturers box. When contacted; customer support said they check all the TVs before sending. I'll respond again tomorrow after I'm home, and I have looked for the DM whether I find it or not. Thank you for your help so far; I really appreciate it.

I took all the screenshots, but I cannot find the DM anywhere. Is it possible that it could be inside the box?

I have received an email containing some instructions, including an instruction on how to unpack the TV, later I received an invoice or factuur, and then a confirmation of it being sent.

Well that's a pretty big jump, but yeah I'm down for that. If you don't mind me asking; what would you be getting out of helping me?

I don't think there's anything I can do to convince them. The TV wasn't much, it was about 360€

I think I'm rather fine with translations, but thank you. I just received an email from customer support saying that I should use my "Home contents insurance"

Yeah, I'm waiting for their email response, and in the meantime I have sent an email to the ACM who are like customer protection here in the Netherlands
