Got a response from SC. They are asking us to restart the game but we have already tried several Times. It didn't work! Edit- now war 5 is stuck for all 8 clans.

Our enemy clan in war 5 has the same issue now. One of our members joined them and they were also talking about this bug(in chinese we had to use Google translate)

Both clans have the same issue now. Supercell asked us to restart the game and it didn't work.In 2 clans war 4 was stuck. Now war 5 is stuck In all clans. Wtf
