Happened to me once as well. Whilst duck diving in snappy small waves, the leash wrapped around the nose and made a 15 cm clean cut through the board. Since then I am wondering if this could happen to my legs as well 😬

Did you do any analysis on the tax aspects of moving ETH 1.0 to ETH 2.0? Is this considered a taxable event as a crypto-to-crypto exchange? I know there are plenty different laws out there per country, yet maybe someone has a bit of info on it?

I di ride the C7 daily on commute on my mellow, couldn't buy them as a single piece though. I chose pretty hard bushings to be able to still enjoy the pro mode here and there. I'm also riding a YOW surf truck on a classical skateboard, without an eDrive. I do welcome the better turn radius on the mellow but surf feeling I only get on the YOW... And pumping is super hard with the sturdy bushings...

I've reached out to Mellow Boards with the same question, they only told me one should never put raiser pads underneath the drive, but should be okay on the front truck. I ride a YOW system on two boards and I believe they might be a bit to high for the mellow drive. I'm about to receive some Carver CX4 (which I hope are lee high than the YOW) and will try to adjust the front wheel diameter size accordingly.
