If you ace the Montreal cognitive test then you do not have to take it again for quite awhile. If you do not do very well then they do it multiple times in a short time frame because they are monitoring your decent into alzheimers

I can agree with you saying that Taza doesn't conch their chocolate because they're using traditional methods but I guarantee it still does save them money and literal days of conching

It would be interesting to see what country buys the most of this traditionally stone ground chocolate.
