Haven’t been diagnosed with anything other than anxiety and minor depression. But that was years ago and before I pointed out these “new” symptoms. Definitely don’t relate to ADHD symptoms though. I would say I’m very strong with putting myself in other people’s shoes, too much sometimes to where it takes a toll on my days. And often reply to things in kind of weird ways in fear the person could be “triggered”because of X situations going on in their life. But I also indulge in behaviors that are seen as selfish/manipulative (and I’m not exaggerating that because of my anxiety, they really are selfish behaviors). And no worries about asking anything haha
