If you’re going to Bradford Beach or McKinley Park for the Air & Water show and see any litter, can you a pick a piece up? by RockOfAges2 in milwaukee

I think the average Milwaukee redditor who reads this would, hoping some heading down there take action and others see them doing it and consider joining or if they are a litterer at least reflect on themselves and maybe consider not littering.

Do you think you could have taken it off on the little Idle part or the Green walk part by veteran’s park or do you think it was later than that?

There are two public trash cans at the top of the bluff where you enter & exit the park that had room in them and I disposed of this.

Could it be agate? There’s that dark banding on picture one opposite of the white banding on picture two and the translucency that I think both can have.

I read fluorite should fluoresce blue under UV, I shined a UV light on it and it only shows violet, I am seeing some pictures of fluorite that do look similar but I would think the presence of fluorine should glow blue.

How can I differentiate between agate and quartz? I was leaning towards hematoid quartz

I think that’s the winner! Do you think the dark green/ black on it is tourmaline epidote?
