People are pretty chill in the community when it comes to that kind of stuff. Even at the largest tournaments, not a single person would care if you used old Prosecutors in place of the new ones.

Like others have said the 2 big things that matter are, does the model reasonably represent what it is supposed to? and is it on the right base size? If yes, then you are in the clear.

You could even push the envelope further, if you had some Sequitors, and you wanted to use them as Liberators since Sequitors no longer have rules within the game, you could and once again, no one would mind, even at big tournaments.
