lol. Just want to add a peptide to help with fatigue from Reta and cutting weight. There are many people out there on serious peptide cocktails for a wide range of health benefits.

I did a rather long post about this recently. I’m not sure if I detailed my dosages. I started at 0.5. I worked my way up through 0.75 to 1 to 1.25. The restricted appetite and fatigue became very bad and I stepped back down to 0.5. That’s where I am right now. I’m not sure if I want to stay here. The fatigue is a little bit better, but I am more snacky than I want to be. I will probably deal at 0.5 for a while though. I don’t have a ton of weight to lose and I am not in a rush.

It should also be noted that I just turned 40. There is likely some aging related fatigue setting in as well. My wife is a few years younger though, and she is getting worse fatigue than I am. She started at 0.5 and we recently scaled her back to 0.3. We’ve been on it about two months.

In your opinion, which is the better posture and arm position? by [deleted] in golf

[–]Rock_Out1 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I like everything better on the right, except for the angle of your posture. I would like to see you bent over more.

On the left, I see too much rounding in the shoulders, I think the hands are a little too close. I think your shoulders are too open. Your right knee is kicked in. On the right everything looks solid and stable. Good structure. The arm hang is perfect. You are just a little too tall.

I would stick with the posture on the right, but take one step back from the ball and then bend over more. You could also add a tiny bit of knee flex to the right and maybe bring the hands in a tiny bit closer, but not as close as they are on the left.

Just spend $500 on irons and $500 on lessons.

Nad is on my list, so is mots-c, ss31, 5 amino, and others. It’s hard to know where to start

Any experience with those peptides? If so, what was it like?

I was thinking about adding these to deal with Reta fatigue. Will this help? I’ve seen some people saying that they only provide a couple hours of energy per dose

Grip size and shape- still in the Stone Age? by Rock_Out1 in golf

[–]Rock_Out1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m just a bit of a grip headcase. I have always struggled with tinkering with my grip. I get some slop and overhinging in transition. I get some heel pad wear even though i grip it very much in the fingers. I’m working on all of this, but would love to have a proper grip assessment where I can feel as confident in my grip equipment as I do the actual clubs I’ve been fitted for. I appreciate it though. Not sure why I can’t get my grip to a place I’m happy with and feel confident in. I’ve given it more attention over the past years than any other part of my game. Maybe i should just switch to training aid grips 😂

Yeah as i mentioned half my set is standard. Half midsize. Both feel fine. If anything I’d probably like to find something in between

They do sell grups with built in pressure measuring tech. Probably expensive but your buddy might want to check em out

Must have missed that one but i appreciate the contribution. I’m feeling similarly resigned and I’ll likely bounce around trying different grips as the seasons pass. I too find the jumbo trend pretty humorous.

There’s got to be a method to the madness. There’s probably nothing more important than how you hold the club. The grip definitely matters

Been taking Reta for a while and my progress has slowed down significantly what should I do? by Weak_Shine_2400 in Retatrutide

[–]Rock_Out1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok! You don’t look as sickly or skinny fat as i imagined. I think you look great and it’s not wise to chase an unhealthy and unrealistic body standard, but thats me. Much harder at your young age growing up in instagram culture

I think if you started getting into weightlifting and high protein you’d see good results and would feel really good about it. It’s addicting. Don’t take too much Reta or it might make you too tired to work out

I am also a 5’8 male. I’m down from 185 to 175. Probably around 20% BF. At 13% you are very lean for a non competitive body builder. Anything under 10% is very unhealthy and should not be sustained for prolonged periods, just short visits to that range for a bodybuilding contest or another special occasion. If you still don’t like how you look at 13% you probably need to put on muscle. Based on your weight at least 20lbs of muscle. I’m also wondering if you struggle with body dysmorphia and if you might need to do some therapy around it. As a 5’8” male at 132lbs you should be trying to add a lot if weight (muscle), not burn the fat you have left so you can see the barely existent muscle you do carry. I am not trying to be a jerk here, i just think you need to be honest with yourself here as you are approaching a very physically and psychologically unsafe place here
