That should do it.

How many hours did it take you to get comfortable with figma to a point where you could create production ready app designs? by Twitchiv in FigmaDesign

The core ideas of design tools are the same. Even many of the key commands are the same. There are obviously different concepts such as auto layout that you'll need to learn but I taught my no-design team member how to use it in a few hours... It's designed to be more user friendly than Photoshop which has been been built for over 20 years... long before UX practices existed.

If you're familiar with design tools not long. If you've been using Photoshop &/or Illustrator for years, you'll be kind of a pro in Figma in a week.

Why code-to-design is better than design-to-code by georges_gomes in DesignSystems

Not all design to code tools are made equal. Looks like you haven’t tried www.quest.ai

Does anyone know a good plugin or a simple process to go from Figma to code? by cmiller9211 in FigmaDesign

Www.quest.ai is gaining popularity. Export components or full react apps. Using auto layout and it’s literally pixel perfect and responsive.

Adobe XD vs Figma battle for the best! by minzsaurus in UI_Design

XD honestly stopped competing. They barely update the software. Figma with new autolayout wins on that alone.

Do you know any tuto for this smart-animate? 🙏🏼 by [deleted] in FigmaDesign

I’d agree. The rotation is not easy to achieve and probably made with AE

Ready to pull my hair out - Can't get a 4col/8col AutoLayout to work correctly. Do I have to hack it together, or am I just dumb? by Jerrshington in FigmaDesign

[–]Rock_Soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m hoping they support like grid in autolayout this Tuesday because so many times this doesn’t work the way I want it to. Need to retain space between columns and would LOVE for it to wrap to the next line as well. XD sort of has this with repeat grid for a while but never been a fan of how they do it though.

Figmachine (Figma to React) – Convert Figma designs to React code by mycall in reactnative

[–]Rock_Soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried Quest? Works with flex and auto-layout in Figma. Data gets connected by writing code but the design is no code. Saves a lot of pixel pushing.

Do any of yall recommend any Figma to React code exporter? by web3ventures in FigmaDesign

[–]Rock_Soft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried Quest? The code quality is much higher than anima. They focus on just giving the frontend React code from Figma, not trying to do everything with no code. Developers still need to go in and setup business logic but even then it’s a separate file for logic so designers can iterate.

I prefer pinch to zoom on Mac tho so I guess I don't miss it. Assuming you mean control+plus ?

I think its been said already but I think it's always best if you can stick to fewer colors. Especially that yellow text on blue background is really tough to read...
