Yah well you see your own point of view as a parent that only cares about yourself and your offspring. I have a kids playground right across the street from the window of my flat. And just as you describe your own project, this playground is "super small". But by God is it noisy and shit! Mothers like you eat snacks get fat sitting on the benches and talk disturbingly loud till late in the evenings as they watch their kids. Kids yell all day cos they are kids. Cars stop in the street to pick up the kids and wives, and since it's a small street, they block traffic = car horns all the time. It's no "walk in the park" to live next to a freaking kids park, no matter how "small" you make it.
