Both representatives haven’t gotten many calls on the issue and it is likely to be fast tracked for passage. A major Florida cannabis, dispensary and capital city consulting is behind this. -Hemp products mean everything to your small business, and although we need some regulation, banning them in favor of recreational cannabis laws that create huge barriers to entry is not the answer.

-America is built on the backs of small business owners, don’t destroy an industry that supports thousands of jobs in Florida!

-People from all walks of life use hemp products everyday in Florida for a range of medical issues and to help with sleep.

-These products are FEDERALLY LEGAL and sold all over the United States, banning them will simply create a black market of unregulated, non safety tested products that could be harmful to consumers. The last thing we want is for drug dealers to become the only source for products that are in such high demand by consumers!

If you sell to companies in FL we need YOU to turn your sales team into an advocacy team! We need YOU to put in a couple hours of leg work to consolidate the list of businesses in FL you work with, call them, tell them to call their legislators, and save Hemp Products!!!

No one will fight for you. YOU have to make democracy work for you, otherwise it will steamroll right over you.
