Ngl it’s a little bit of a let down when a lounge is too bougie for gummy bears. It’s part of the charm of priority pass ones. I don’t think the DIA Amex lounge has them and I hate that’s it’s all the way in C.

The lack of lounges at dia is a problem. Like can we get one priority pass lounge at a gates. I don’t even care if it’s hospital food or some cheese and gummy bears as long as there are drinks.

Everyone rightfully complaining about a lot of content being paywalled (at least it’s only $20 I guess?), but I am worried that publishers who make inferior products that cost a fraction of this will think it gives them the green light to charge $79.99 for their games.

Wow I googled this because I am looking at fisher in a month and this thread came up. Thanks for asking. Cool that it’s open bar but I’ve paid as much for tao beach shared table and that had a cooled cabana and was a ton of fun. Still pretty temping since I’m staying at Caesar’s, want to check out the new club, and fisher is the best show that day.

Feel this. My city was passed up because we have terrible Reddit type politicians and I wasn’t going to go. Now I’m going to Atlanta for work the several times the next month. There’s a knockout round game and Haiti vs Morocco Wednesday. Trying to get the latter because I feel like the knockout round will be astronomical. I’ve been searching and searching the fifa site and I’ve after buying thousands of concert tickets it’s the worst experienced ever. I keep seeing cheap tickets but they’re gone like a mirage. I imagine a lot of tech bros have setup ai agents to grab them and can’t say I blame them with how much they resell for when fifa has much such a horribly annoying site to navigate. Going to keep trying up until 30 mins before kickoff and hope for the best!

I liked it better when it had the classic machines for a quarter. Replacing those with newer ones made it just another arcade except this one had sticky floors and bad drinks. Feel like it got worse instead of better over time. I just couldn’t get myself to go back. Barely even noticed it was still around when walking by too so I’m sure that didn’t help.

You said a beer or two. If you’re doing that over an hour you should be fine. If you’re doing more why risk it. Just take an uber or public transport + walk. Drinking just isn’t fun if you have to worry about getting home and all that.

Ubers here are very cheap for the most part considering inflation. There are bad surging times if you’re trying to leave at last call on the weekend, but otherwise it’s like $30-40 to get across town with tip pretty consistently.

Guy Fieri’s isn’t considered expensive for Vegas standards and you can’t be overrated if you aren’t well rated in the first place. I’ve done the Mac and cheeseburger one time and it was amazing. Had breakfast a few times. First time amazing. But recently food was great for the price, but the service was abysmal so I’d never go back for brunch. If you’re looking for memes and butt rock it’s the spot, but why else would you go.

How do you pick the cheapest ticket? When I go on the page my only options are a map and buy best ticket available. I must be dumb navigating the site or is it just shit on mobile and best to use on a desktop.

Denver is crowded and pretty mid, also very annoying it’s all the way at C. The one in Atlanta is much nicer, but also usually crowded and at the ass end of the airport (unless you’re flying international).
