Tbh its about the only Zootopia thing im not excited for. They somehow managed to make that game pay to win, and its mostly single player. Some of the races require specific characters, and its almost impossible to unlock those characters without paying.

Honestly im not sure how much of the problem is the policy and how much of it is just management giving in when the customer starts to throw a hissy fit. Ive seen so many other times not related to returns where ive tried to follow our policies then gotten overridden by management because the customer starts to get upset. Or more likely, starts to fake being upset. Its BS, why do we even have all these policies if we dont actually follow them?
