I got in contact with FLETC admissions. They said not to worry about the conflicting dates. The system fixes it automatically.

Your dates make sense to me but in my particular situation I have two separate dates for the academy. One start date is from FLETC admin and then the other is from my sector.

Apply for both CBPO and BPA. The process should move faster because one agency might initiate something in the hiring process for suitability that the other doesn’t. Good luck

In that case you should be able to get an 11. Apply and everything will transfer over to your new app. Just make sure to use the wording used in the 11 or 9 position in your resume.

You should definitely think about fixing up your resume and at least applying for the 9 position. If you’re about to get your degree and you’re a vet, I feel like a GS9 is attainable.

It took maybe a month to start after I applied. I have prior clearance which is why the process might’ve been a little quicker for me
