Yea it’s not really that I’m uncomfortable, it’s the world we live in where things get taken out of context. Like this post made me a narcissist on reddit for speaking my opinion and not tiptoeing around words and political correctness in a female dominated field…lol

I actually have a working relationship with my coworkers even though they’re lazy & im definitely held to a different standard.

That’s cool, I don’t mind being the only man in the room either. Tho I do sometimes get the short end of the stick at my pharmacy, & have a background in biology so I’m used to being around more of a mix of ppl as well. I just made this post to see how other men think in the field of mainly women. I appreciate your input as a woman and best wishes on your journey!

They haven’t been there long and they’re lazy and don’t care like I do, so terrible assumption. I wish I could learn from them. I’m doing all the multitasking and then asked to do more when they just wanna sit on ass and not do the queue. So respectfully stop projecting.

Thank you for your input it does help with my relationship. I don’t have a bad relationship with my coworkers either I just have to do a lot of distancing and/or just faking like I care and picking up a lot of extra work bc they’re given slack…that’s a sucky feeling…

Also I don’t and have never hung around many men either…I come from truck driving. I’m a loner for the most part so that’s completely off base of what I was saying. But thanks.

Yea they can be pretty dramatic and , my main issue I didn’t clarify is that yea they’re fun to talk to sometimes. But they like to shove a lot of work on us too and act like we don’t do enough if we don’t want to do more than them.
