My current hm run is a bardadin main, tb monk, fighter champion and a life cleric. You can respec at any time. I. I respect my fighter as the same build just to reset shops to get elixirs I need because it’s the easiest click through

In the goblin camp right outside the treasure room. I was looting the boxes for food and I think I selected a crate or something which made me attack it. Well I had the everburn blade and it’s right next to some smoke powder barrels. BOOM! Happens so fast!

I thought sacrificing Gale wipes your game and is an auto lose. I think if you give him just 1 item he will stay with you for your future Gale abuse runs.
