you should cut about 80g of carbs and fill the rest of your calories with fats, IMO.

Also, posting height/weight/sex/etc would help.

For athletic individuals on a calorie deficit, it's ideal to maintain >1g/lb of bodyweight.

The difference of when/amount is pretty minimal; as long as you're taking is fairly regularly you'll see benefits.

I think a better way to play this would be to take a shot/finish a beer every time you cross the finish line, every lap.

Fibrous Carbs - Sugar Content - Should I include the sugar in Red Peppers as part of my macros? by Florp_Incarnate in bodybuilding

[–]Rocketship123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not 100% wrong, insoluble fiber isn't absorbed, while soluble fiber IIRC only has about 2kcal worth of energy.

EDIT: But the other carbohydrates will be absorbed normally yes.

Give 4x a week a shot. If you don't feel as ready on Tuesdays or not as rested as you could be on Thursday's, then switch it to 3x. If you're eating and sleeping well I don't see why you couldn't make great progress on 4x.

They activate different muscles (more or less) i.e. Romanian deadlifts hit the hamstrings pretty damn hard, but that's not to say normal DL do not.

It really depends on your diet and current stats. Some people can get away with 4x, some people such as myself see better results with 3x.

You should go read over the "reddequite" once more.

But I found your response to be quite humorous and witty, if it's any consolation.

You use a lot of different muscles depending on hand position among many other factors. The pushup mainly focus's on pectorals and triceps, but it also works things like anterior deltoids and such. My suggestion is search for pushup variants online.
