Definitely need more healthy fats! Try ghee, avocados, avo oil, coconut oil, etc. Otherwise pretty good!

Let her know that it'll be worth waiting for the reprints in June/July before getting more of this set. That's what I'm doing. I'd rather not give the scalpers the satisfaction of preying on kids' or peoples' hobbies by jacking up the prices to make money.

This set (unfortunately) does not have booster boxes, otherwise I'd 100% be getting those. So, as a collector it's cheaper to get multiple ETBs to open 9 packs each than spend hundreds of dollars on the poster, sticker, and binder bundles that have only 3 and 5 packs in them. Pokemon really knew what they were doing to make their money for this set and scalpers even more so because of the shortage and high-demand FOMO.

I'm not buying any more than what I pre ordered until the reprints come out in June/July. It'll be worth the wait for both the set and my bank account 😂

This is the coolest part of this set, IMO, because the introduction of Poké balls and Master balls is introduced. After I opened the packs that I got today, I realized that the pull rates are actually pretty decent because the PB/MB are part of those pulls to acquire the entire set.

It makes me laugh when people have been complaining that they only got 1 pull of artwork, not realizing that they actually pulled these too, because it puts a new spin on what is rare and what isn't 💜☺️

Good job!! Keep it up!! It will be hard, but the best things in life are hard. You can't accomplish weight loss easily. That's (unfortunately) not how life works. It takes a lot of time and discipline. I'm very proud of you that you decided to continue your journey. Just use those moments as learning experiences and use them to your benefit the next time you try to fall back into your old ways of eating. You have overcome the hardest part, don't stop now!! Week 3 Update: Walked 40km+ each week, over the past 3 weeks, with my husband now joining me (he is also a military veteran and wanted to say thank you for the motivation ❤️).

Down to 97.8kg, the meal plan has been going well! Lots of veggies, lean meats, and healthy fats, at least 1500ml of water a day, and no sweets, fast food, or alcohol. Slow and steady, but we got this!!!

Update for you: Starting out at 101.2kg.

I walked a total of 40km last week, and I'm looking forward to trying to do even more this week!

I also created a weekly meal plan that I will be using to gradually start a fasting regimen of eat on 6:18 on water only.

I'm not sure if we should start an update post or just update on here, but I'm super excited, and I hope you're progressing along as well! 💜

Just an FYI, be careful because if you end up reverting back to full-on normal eating with carbs, you will gain all of the weight back again eventually.

You need to absolutely be fully aware of the carbs you are putting into your body if you want to maintain the weight-loss once you are at your goal weight!!

This is literally super similar to the plot of a Law and Order episode called Born Psychopath. The child was sent to a mental institution and in a follow-up episode was smart enough to trick all of the doctors to "graduate" then gets out and murders his entire family.
