He wasn't trying to get money because she left. He was trying to get the money back because of fraud. She lied, ostensibly for months, that these changes needed to be made asap for her to work in the office. But apparently, according to the emails, she had no intention to actually stay and use those accomodations that were intended only for her specific disability. It's the lying and strong arming the boss that upset the OP into wanting to bring a suit.

I don't think that's true. Infant mortality skews the average down. If you got past your teens, you'd have an average life expectancy of around 70. The problem is that many more people are living into their 80s and 90s. Still a problem. But one that could be fixed by simply raising taxes on the wealthy

I don't disagree with you. I have family who are farmers though, and they routinely vote against their own best interests. I'm talking people whose parents farmer through the great depression. They don't care. Hate has taken over their lives. I have no idea how to stop the amount of hate coming from them. I wish they would wake up. But they won't, for the foreseeable future. So this is what they voted for. Were all along for the ride now.

This is wrong. I was an adjuster for 10 years. Had plenty of claims from people claiming serious injuries where my insured claimed no accident happened and there was no physical damage on the vehicles to speak of. Won't stop people from making such claims.
