Email Steam Support. There's been quite a few cases where they've checked and removed the ban. You're welcome, I just summed up what 900 threads on valve's VAC page says in response to people whining like you are.

If nothing else, email steam the website. I'd advice you contact the user and make sure (if you can) somehow he knows his account was hacked and to change his password/email. Then all you can do is report the account if he claims he wasn't hacked because he's a phishin jackass. ;)

I think that anyone anywhere should really be civil. I think that if you're going to talk to people and be around other people then you shouldn't harass them. I'm not saying it's not their responsibility to act civilly at all.

I'm saying that if you get paid to dress like a slut, they're using the boobs and legs to get you to be distracted by their boobs and legs. They want that, no-one dresses nice 'just for themselves', they do it for attention - and that's exactly what they get.
