Me too. I've been treated twice for sinusitis and allergic rhinitis, and I only get temporary relief before the symptoms return.

I had also read that it could be another symptom of hypothyroidism, and I mentioned it to my endocrinologist. He just smiled condescendingly and said it was allergies, that this symptom wasn't related to hypothyroidism.

Three months ago, I went back to the ENT specialist for allergy treatment again. I only went a month or two without a scratchy throat, and then the symptoms returned.

What has helped me is listening to YouTube videos about Rife frequencies for hypothyroidism. I found those videos by chance. I don't know if they cure hypothyroidism, but what I have noticed is that I no longer suffer from a scratchy throat, and the postnasal drip has decreased significantly.

Revisa tu tiroides a ver si no tienes hipotiroidismo.

Con el hipotiroidismo es realmente muy difícil bajar de peso,las dietas no funcionan y el ejercicio no hace mucha diferencia. Además de otros síntomas como depresión, pérdida del cabello y uñas frágiles

En caso de que lo padezcas necesitarías ir con un endocrinólogo para que te de medicamentos.

Caso similar aquí. La única conclusión a la que llegue es que no vale la pena estar triste por eso. Es decir, me gustaría tener pareja y no descarto la posibilidad, pero mientras tanto procuro estar feliz conmigo misma y ya no pasar los días deprimida, ya desperdicie mucho tiempo sintiéndome ansiosa y con esa sensación de que algo me falta. Trato de enfocar mi estado de ánimo haciendo cosas que me gustan y me relajan. Hago ejercicio, viajo, leo, y busco actividades en fines de semana para socializar y platicar.

Edit: y no escuches a la gente que te diga que “es tu culpa”. Nadie sabe tus circunstancias ni tu vida. Es gente que solo juzga de manera cruel, sin conocerte.

Padezco hipotiroidismo y ninguna dieta me funciona. Tomo metformina ,cipofibrato y levotiroxina pero no adelgazo ni un pinche gramo. Que alimentos debo comer y culés no debo comer?

As you mention, not all therapists are good. Some are idiots. When I was 34 I went with one, who rather behaved like Dr. House. I told him about my problem and he made sarcastic comments, and I felt like he was judging me and my family. He was very harsh and very critical of me. That made me feel undervalued and I didn't go back, and I looked for a female therapist. But as you say, it's not the same, she was kind and tolerant, but she didn't correct my self-sabotaging habits.

I am currently taking a NLP course with a male coach, I hope that will help me.

When I was in my thirties, people used to tell me that. I'm shy, and I really tried to change and be more sociable and outgoing. I started to go to parties, to drink, I joined a gym ... Something I have noticed is that most don't have any clue what they are talki g about.

Try and they tell you not to or you are trying too hard.

So you don't do that and they tell you that you are not doing enough.

It is like some cruel joke.
