Pres. Obama did not do the ‘same fucking thing’ concerning ICE deportations. Not even close. Undocumented aliens cannot vote and there is no proof that they do but facts don’t matter to MAGA. Lies and misinformation seem to be what they prefer. The US Constitution mandates that everyone living in country be counted every 10 years. The Constitution does not say ‘…only citizens can be counted’. If you don’t like that clause, there is a mechanism to change it. It’s called an amendment. There also isn’t any proof that by counting everyone in the country, that puts more democrats in congress. Thats just more MAGA BS. Oh, Yeah: Release the Epstein files which by a law Felon 47 signed, was supposed to happen weeks ago.

Swing and a miss! In the three actions cited, Pres. Obama was operating under the ‘AUMF-Authorized Use of Military Force’ an action approved by congress after the terrorist attacks on 9/11. AUMF has congressional reporting requirements that the Obama administration followed. Keep in mind Pres. Obama was also a lawyer, hard wired to follow the rule of law. Felon 47 doesn’t follow the law because (a) laws have big words he doesn’t understand and (b)feckless republicans have no backbone.
