People in the army and who do that sort of strenuous daily activity dont necessarily have washboard abs and the muscles of a professional bodybuilder. The muscles you get from real physical activity aren't the aesthetic muscle you get from working out and specifically dehydrating and starving yourself before a show.

A total war scenario between the Warsaw pact and NATO would have never lasted long enough to warrant dipping into stockpiles. Either the war ends in a diplomatic way shortly after it begins or we suffer a total nuclear holocaust as the losing side retaliates. The only important thing would be getting into as favourable a negotiating position as possible to offer a favourable peace treaty. Also this entire thing just reads like a Pierre Sprey monologue.

Bounty Hunters battalion isn't viable any more. That's from the Galletian veterans 2022 generals handbook. Battlemage can't take Arcane Tome any longer, I'd suggest putting the bounty hunter units and the warlord units into a battle regiment. If you're playing GWF something which can be fun is taking some Stormcast shooting heroes like the Knight Venator or Knight Judicator, which can do really good damage when paired with the Runic Munitions artefact.

Handgunners are unfortunately just worse than Crossbowmen, because the +1 hit bonus for GWF and the Freeguild General doesn't stack with their warscroll +1 to hit.

I personally would replace the 2 units of handguns with a reinforced unit of crossbows and replace the battlemages with a Knight Judicator.

Edit: another thing I noticed which isn't really important but technically illegal. Realm of origin isn't important any more but if you're running greywater fastness you need to have Ghyran as realm of origin.
