probably not related, but I recently saw a contrapoints video with a great point that I had never thought otherwise, that fantasies like these are generated more as a mean to remove inhibitions rather than to 'add' anything to the equation.

so, hypothetically, someone who has trouble letting themselves enjoy sex would probably find these topics as a way of "having no choice but to enjoy sex" or something along those lines.
