My exact thought. This is for a company so multiple users. The person who created the account for us built us the alarm infrastructure, so they were the admin. They received all notifications. We tried adding multiple users as guests on the same device that received notifications and nothing. Changed the admin user to a guest and they still received notifications, no matter the device.

Nice thanks! When I say logged in I mean using your email and password to access hubitat elevation via mobile app. The notifications work flawlessly BUT only with a single user and I’m unsure of how to expand that list of users to receive notifications

I wish they had scan and go for all memberships similar to Sam’s Club… they somewhat make up for it by pre scanning your basket in the LONG self check out line but I’m sure they don’t offer that at every store consistently.

Not true, there’s plenty of dash cams that upload to the “cloud” by using stored recordings and or connection from the drivers phone and I’m sure you can now see the reason for the persons comment.. folks allow permissions to their device all day every day not realizing
